Do these PDF leases meet all of the necessary legal requirements for the self storage industry in my state?
Yes. The two lawyers who created them have extensive knowledge, experience and involvement in the self storage industry. They are current but may need to be updated as laws or cases interpreting the laws change.
Once I download my PDF lease can I begin to use it?
You will need to review the PDF lease and make sure that you conduct your self storage business as described in the PDF lease. There may be a few blanks that need to be filled in. After that, your PDF lease is ready for use. It can either be printed out and written on by hand, or uploaded to your property management software system.
Can I share my PDF lease with a friend who has a storage facility in the same state?
No. The PDF leases are copyrighted and this would violate the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Can I buy 2 PDF leases for different facilities in the same state?
Yes, you can! Each PDF lease agreement is available at the low Storage Lease NOW rate of $595.00. The next PDF lease purchase in the same state within 12 months is discounted by 10%.
What if I have other properties in other states, will one PDF lease work?
Absolutely Not! Each PDF lease is written to comply with its corresponding state and the laws can be very different. You will need to purchase another PDF lease from us at the fair rate indicated.
Is this lease customizable?
This lease is sold in a PDF format only and not customizable other than certain specific fields. If you are seeking a fully customizable lease form, this is not the product for you and you should reach out to a lawyer to assist you.
Are lawyers involved in this business and do they really know the self storage business?
